The central goal of the Port Towns Community Development Corporation is to partner with
existing organizations and individuals to provide leadership in the revitalization of the Port
Towns of Bladensburg, Colmar Manor and Cottage City. It has focused on identifying important
and implementable projects which will enhance the area's neighborhood revitalization, economic
development and environmental improvement.
