Sustain Dane, an informally organized group of people from the Madison, WI, area, seeks to explore different aspects of sustainability, both as they apply to individual lives and to the commuity as a whole, in order to transform Dane County into a more sustainable community.

active in developing family-supporting jobs, building healthy communities,
and restoring the natural environment.

for a Sustainable Rural Wisconsin
An interrelated group of rural organizations, with ties to local universities,
provide an innovative intentional community, a sustainable technology institute,
and a commercial aquaculture firm.
