      1. 4. Using the experiences of the shared community process, and the individual bonds created or enhanced, strengthen the capacity and ability of the community to come together to improve all aspects of community life.
   2. 3. Using these heart and soul community values, align and update the various policy documents and strategic investment and action plans of the City to ensure that all major decisions of the community support the Golden Heart and Soul values.
2. 2. Through this shared community process, identify and articulate the most important defining values of Golden … that which describes the very core or "heart and soul" of the community… that which makes Golden, Golden.
