On Dec. 23, 2010, the National Council on Aging (NCOA) received $2.53 million from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to continue counseling older homeowners on the benefits and risks of reverse mortgages through NCOA's National Reverse Mortgage Counseling Services (RMCS) Network. This effort is being conducted in partnership with the Administration on Aging (AoA).
