Governance Policies, Ordinances and Taxes LEED Regionalization

LEED Regionalization
E-mail Print

Since 2009, LEED has awarded extra points to projects that implement specific strategies aimed at addressing the unique environmental priorities of an area. These Regional Priority credits (RPCs) are existing LEED credits selected from all LEED credits and given "bonus-point" status. The credits selected as RPCs vary area by area, and their selection depends on the local expertise of green building leaders in those regions.
