This week, the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) announced that it received a Sustainable Communities Challenge Grant of $3 million from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.  In partnership with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), DHCD will use this funding to build on major local and national initiatives that will take place in Historic Anacostia.
