Ann Arbor, Michigan - St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is staying ahead of the times by returning to its roots. On a chilly, misty spring morning, a team of associates and volunteers constructed a solar ‘hoop house’ to grow tomatoes, peppers and other vegetables year-round, and also tilled four acres with a horse-drawn plow for the purpose of planting seasonal crops.
